Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable terms or minimum purchase requirements will be displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Kingdom Supply Co. is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue; however, shipping carrier investigations and resolutions are subject to the carrier’s policies and timelines.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select destinations. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
